Description: From the Trailhead at the end of Prediger Road: Begin for 0.2 miles on the RED-BLAZED Devil’s Path Trail. Turn RIGHT on the BLUE-BLAZED Jimmy Dolan Notch Trail, reaching the notch after 1.6 miles. After exploring the notch, turn LEFT on the RED-BLAZED Devil’s Path Trail, following for 0.55 miles before coming to the summit of Indian Head. Stay on the RED-BLAZES to find views just beyond the summit. Continue on the Red Blazed Devil’s Path for 1 mile past the summit before reaching Sherman’s Lookout. Continue descending on the Devil’s Path, keeping to the left as the Overlook Trail comes in from the Right in 1.25 miles. Turn LEFT to stay on the Devil’s Path as Long Path comes in from the right. Stay on the RED-BLAZES for 1.65 miles before reaching the Prediger Road Trailhead.
