Description: From the roadside parking area on Long Meadow Road, find and follow the RED-BLAZED Fire Tower Trail for 1.97 miles to its intersection with the BLUE-BLAZED Highlands.  Turn RIGHT and continue for 0.78 miles, reach the ORANGE-BLAZED Bare Rock Trail and turn RIGHT again, following the orange blazes for 0.63 miles. At an intersection with both the blue blazed Sterling Lake Trail and the RED-BLAZED Fire Tower Connector Trail, continue RIGHT onto the Fire Tower Connector Trail for 0.47 miles.  Turn LEFT on the RED BLAZED Fire Tower Trail and continue back down to your car (in 1.10 miles).
